Nexus Counseling Services is excited and ready to assist you in gaining the clinical internship hours you need to graduate as well as post-graduate clinical hours to obtain your CO Licensure. We absolutely love seeing clinicians grow and develop professionally!

What you will receive:

Supervision from an NCE Approved Clinical Supervisor, consistent with the most current DORA expectations.
​

Weekly and monthly group supervision, consistent with your specific licensure board requirements (based on number of clients seen).
​

Experience in virtual (telehealth) as well as in-person therapy modalities; in individual, couples and group formats.
​

Free (YES ITS FREE for our contractors and supervisees!) In-House Training and Continuing Education (CEU's)
​

Up to 20 CEU's per year - compliant with DORA requirements (up to 40 CEU's per 2-year renewal requirements)
​

Classes are determined based on individual/group interest and will focus on clinical, administration and current best practices within our field.
​

How to Manage Imposter Syndrome

Legal Issues (including what to do if you receive a subpoena) & Mandatory Reporting

Self Care and Clinical Boundaries

Evidence Based and Current Best Practice Therapy and Treatment Modalities (i.e. CBT, Person-Centered, Narrative, DBT, The Gottman Method, SFBT, MI, Mindfulness/Somatic Therapies, Trauma-Informed Care, and many more based on YOUR interests!)
