Nexus Counseling Services strives to create a hassle free, transparent, and flexible fee payment options. We understand that your mental health is of the utmost importance, and finances can influence how you choose to pay and what you choose to pay for. 

We currently accept two ways to pay: Insurance and Self Pay.

If you do not see your insurance, please let us know and we will work to become an approved provider.

It is our goal to make therapy available for everyone, please reach out to us if paying for therapy is a concern.  Let us explore options with you!

Nexus Counseling Services requires the client to understand their insurance coverage as well as be responsible at time of services for any co-pays that may come about.

Nexus Counseling Services is contracted with an outside billing specialist who will alert us to any concerns with insurances in order to keep our clients up to date with their coverage.

NO CURRENT WAITLIST FOR TRICARE!  We can offer immediate access to scheduling with a therapist!

Self Pay

Cash, Credit Card, HSA

Nexus clients will always know what their sessions will cost and how much is due at time of session.

Nexus Counseling Services is transparent in billing and out clients will always know and understand this process when it comes to payments.
